VSRG brought Santa and presents to families stationed at Joint Base Andrews this holiday season with the help of Black Rifle Coffee Company (BRCC) and GruntStyle.
Along with Santa, plenty of toys, loads of diapers and pint-sized GruntStyle gear.
Our nonprofit and government partners also met with military families in need of education, employment, health, counseling and other resources.

VSRG and GruntStyle Team Up with the San Antonio Food Bank to Feed Military Families

Veteran Success Resource Group Board Member Chef Andre Rush and GruntStyle called in the National Guard and partnered with the San Antonio Food Bank to prepare meals for junior enlisted members and their families.
The food along with groceries, diapers, toilettes and other essential supplies were distributed to military families station at Joint Base San Antonio. The installation is home to many junior enlisted members and families, because it's serves as training facility.

Washington Commanders, NFL Legends Join VSRG's Mission

VSRG headed to Andrews Air Base, bringing along the Washington Commanders, NFL legends, resources, food, diapers and prize giveaways for military members and their families.
Aside from autographs, photos and a host of services designed to help military families , Commanders also gave away tickets to 2021 and 2022 season games.

VSRG delivered sweet and savory treats to National Guard and Reserve members, who were called up from around the country to help provide security in our nation’s capital.
BBQ, baked goods, candy and cards created by local elementary school students helped make Valentine's Day away from home a little more comfortable for troops at the D.C. Armory.

VSRG Hosts Women's World Record Bomb Suit Run

FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA – VSRG proudly hosted Army Captain Kaitlyn Hernandez’s world record mile run in a bomb disposal suit.
Hernandez finished four laps at George Mason University’s track in 10 minutes and 23 seconds to shave 43 seconds off the Guinness World Record set in 2013 by her mentor and friend, former soldier Ashley Sorenson.
The event benefited the Headstrong Project. The charity provides confidential and stigma free mental health services to wounded warriors.

VSRG partnered with Grunt Style to kickoff its market program by providing free groceries and toiletries to junior enlisted military members and their families in Dumfries, Virginia.
The market was held at First Mount Zion Baptist Church, which serves many of the military members stationed at nearby Marine Corps Base Quantico.
